Care for your swimwear and you'll wear it for years

A good swimsuit will be with you for many years. That’s why swimwear fashions tend to be more universal and less tied to current trends.

To keep your bathing suit in it's best shape so it will last, hand wash after every wear with Forever New – a Canadian product that uses eco-friendly, plant-based, biodegradable cleansers.

Even if you are just lying poolside, wash your swimwear every day to remove chlorine, salt, body oils and sunscreen. And if you’re doing a lot of swimming, consider using Forever New’s special Swim Wear Wash, uniquely designed to neutralize chlorine by turning it into a natural salt, which then washes away.

Keep your suit out of direct sunlight as it dries, if possible.

The latest innovations in swimwear

Today you can find bathing suits that offer tummy control, bust control and longer legs. As well, there are very creative designs that use ruching (gathered fabric) or patterns to hide or embellish certain areas of the body.

There are also chlorine-resistant suits for aquafit lovers or “pool hounds” – these tend to be less embellished in design, but with a good fit you can still have a very flattering swim suit.
